Peak Farm Fayre - First Class Local Food Welcome to Peak Farm Fayre Peak Farm Fayre was established in 2006 as possibly the smallest farm co-operative in the Derbyshire Peak District, with just two farm members, Paradise Farm and Newhouse Farm. |

| Our two small family farms are set in the moors of the northern Peak district, the “Dark Peak”. Both have been retailing meat from the farm gate for the last 15 years and more recently, have been working together as farmers for the past 6 years. In the last 18 months, this has grown further, extending our product range and marketing directly to the public. | |
Our RangeAll our products are crafted by artisan food producers and are only available directly from ourselves. Dexter beef, fully matured on grass to 30 months and then hung for 3 to 4 weeks until just right. Texel & Dorset lamb, from tender spring lambs to flavoursome hoggets & mutton. Succulent old-fashioned pork from free range, rare breed Middle White pigs. Traditional hand made bacon, sausage and delicatessen foods unique to the Dark Peak. |

Our AimsTo farm sustainably, with respect for our livestock, aiming to provide top quality farm food locally. Our QualityWe produce & prepare all our foods, timed to the ideal point for enjoyment Our SourcingAll the products we sell, we produce from our own two farms. The meats and meat products are from our own livestock reared on our own farms and usually born there too. The dairy products are from our own sheep, milked and processed on farm. The bees tend to do their own raw material sourcing, no matter what we tell ‘em Our environmentAs traditional farmers, we have always taken our environmental responsibilities very seriously.
