Creative web design and high quality digital photography by Geoff Allen

I live on the Somerset / Dorset border just south of Yeovil.  My background is as a Chartered Civil Engineer, I am a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and I am qualified with a Degree in Civil Engineering, a Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters in Business Administration.

I am very IT literate and hold a European Computer Driving Licence.

Through a friend, I got involved in web design when he commissioned a couple of websites.  This interest has gradually grown through word of mouth and has led to the setting up of this website.

My portfolio of satisfied clients is growing steadily.

I have been interested in photography for as long as I can remember.

My cupboards and hard drive are full of slide, film and digital images.

My main interest has focussed on the natural environment – inland & coastal landscapes, fauna & flora, travel, snow & ice, water, Aldon horse trials and canoeing & kayaking.

I decided it was time to put some of my images online – hence the combined website.

With almost 30 years of municipal engineering experience behind me and a couple of recent commissions, I have expanded the range of services I can offer. All proposals will require a free initial discussion to see whether I can help and to agree a brief and fee. This initial discussion carries no obligation to proceed on your part. I will be developing this side of the website over the coming months.
